What does neutral spine feel like?
Your neutral spine is somewhere between the two extremes you move through in this exercise. It is neither tucked under nor overextended. In your neutral position, your lower belly should be flat – you can feel this with your hands – and there should be a curve in your lower spine.
Should knees be above or below hips when sitting?
Your knees should be at the same level or higher than your hips. Move the seat close to the steering wheel to support the curve of your back. The chair should be close enough to allow your knees to bend and your feet to reach the pedals.
